When we began working with Saine Marketing in 1992, our sales had declined by 27% over two years. The consultants convinced us that we had to reinvent our concept and reposition ourselves as a top quality provider. As a result, we reviewed the recipes of 109 items on our menu, and introduced our famous “table d’hôte” with more than 14 dessert options.

Since then, four other plans have helped us improve our quality and processes, and develop new restaurant concepts.

From 1992 through 2007, our sales grew from $125 to $356 million, in a mature market. Naturally, profitability quickly followed."
