"With more than 85 retail members, Promodor is the largest men’s fashion buying group in Quebec.

The objectives of the strategic and marketing plans created in 1999 and 2005 were to develop and reinforce a new store concept that could compete successfully in regional markets.

The consultants helped develop the new boutique concept, define the selection and pricing structure for each department, establish the store design, create the purchasing process, build an effective communication campaign and evaluate the potential in each region.

By the end of 2008, there were 18 LeMercier boutiques in the province, a good foundation for a future chain of 30 stores. When a traditional Promodor boutique adopts the new LeMercier concept, revenues grow by 50% to 100%."
