The Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital is recognized as one of Quebec's major hospitals. It has twelve Centers of Excellence, 400 doctors, and a staff of over 4,500 employees.
In 1999, we mandated Saine Marketing to create a first strategic plan. The consultants worked with us in order to define:
a vision, financial goals and the optimal organizational structure for the hospital Foundation. This plan also resulted in the creation of events such as a
major campaign of $18 million and unique activities such as Montreal Passion Vin.
The second plan (2008) aims to
develop our foundation’s full potential, which includes a
major campaign of $75 million, a clear strategy for major gifts, special events and other annual fund raising activities.
The first plan helped us grow net revenues from
$2 to $6 million over eight years; the second plan is expected to generate net revenues in the order of
$14 million. Well done!"
