In 2008, we called Saine Marketing as our market share dipped in a highly competitive environment. The consultants designed innovative studies which involved “blind tests” of our wines in comparison with those of our competitors.

The marketing plan pushed us to change our philosophy toward a “Pull” strategy. We re-invented the different brand hierarchies, grape varieties were adjusted to better respond to consumer tastes, our sales force became more efficient, we incurred significant savings, and an aggressive advertising campaign increased awareness of our wine brands.

We are currently in the initial phase of the plan, but we are confident that the strategies recommended will significantly increase our revenues and profits. Thank you!"
