"The
Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec is the largest school of its kind in Canada. More than 3,000 students attend some 28 different programs in tourism, hotel management, sommellerie, and restaurant operation; 98 professors offer a highly regarded education.
In 2007, we decided to establish a
growth plan for the Foundation and selected Saine Marketing for the task.
The team of consultants has greatly influenced the evolution of the Foundation. A major fundraising campaign will begin in fall 2009, the
Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux will become our headline event and an outstanding international chef will be honoured at an annual gala dinner, all supported by permanent staff and volunteers.
This plan has already been in place for a year and all systems are a go.
